Terms and conditions

All prices quote are subject to availability and price increase.  Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email with a pro-forma invoice.

Once payment is made and the proof of payment sent to maria@sakishelving.co.za  your order will be processed.

1. Delivery time

We strive to deliver your order between 48 hrs and 2 weeks (subject to stock availability) once payment reflects into Saki Shelving bank account.   Should the stock not be available,  Saki Shelving will contact you via email and advise you when the order will be delivered.

2. Delay in delivery

Saki Shelving cannot be held liable for a delay in delivery of goods of any nature what so ever.

3. Payment

We accept EFT payment and credit card payments using the Snap Scan app.

4. How to download/ use the Snap Scan App:

Snap Scan is a quick and effective form of payment.  If you choose to make payment using this facility you will have to download the app from your play store on your smart phone.  To register takes 3 easy steps.

a) Sign up with your details.

b) Add your bank card.

c) Choose a 4 digit pin.

This process takes no longer than 5 minutes.  Scan your phone over the bar code provided and follow instructions.

Once payment is made either via EFT or Snapscan you will have a binding commitment to claim the items. If you decide you no longer want the items before delivery a 30 % handling fee will be charged and the balance of the money will be refunded to you.

Saki Shelving does not accept third party payments.  Once payment is made, the order will be processed and delivered according to the delivery time confirmed.

5. Refund

If the items delivered are faulty, Saki Shelving will gladly exchange the item.

6. Price change

Much care is given to ensure that the prices advertised on the web site are accurate.  In the event that the prices have increased,  Saki Shelving will send you an updated invoice with the correct prices.  It is up to you as the customer to accept the increase or cancel the order.  If the order is cancelled due to a price increase, a 100% refund will be forwarded to the customer.

7. Installations

Saki Shelving offers installation and assembly of all our products.  Kindly email us for a quote on installation or assembly.  Please ensure that the area where the shelves are to be installed is ready for the installation and that the area is cleared of all obstacles.  Failure to clear the area will result in additional charges.

8. Pricing Errors
Saki Shelving will do its best to ensure pricing on site is correct, however if price displayed on site is incorrect Saki Shelving reserves the right to cancel order if difference in price is not acceptable to customer. Customer will be notified via email if pricing is incorrect on order placed.

9. Product Images
Images on site may differ from actual product, some images are used for illustrative purposes only.
